Our Approach

We believe the best weddings:

  • Flow naturally

  • Feel personal, not scripted

  • Build energy without forcing it

  • Allow couples to enjoy the moment instead of managing it

That belief shapes everything we do.

From planning conversations to vendor coordination behind the scenes, to how we host on the microphone, every decision is intentional.

We don’t “wing it.”

We plan carefully, listen closely, and guide the experience with confidence so the night unfolds exactly the way it should.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple.

You are not scanning the room.

You are not checking the timeline.

You are living it.

Meet Lee Stover

Founder & Lead DJ

A man in a black suit and red tie holding a microphone, gesturing with his shoulder and arm extended, standing indoors with a wooden wall background.

Stovetop Productions began through a love of music, people, and meaningful moments.

Over time, experience revealed something important.

The difference between a good wedding and a great one is not louder music or bigger lights.

It is awareness.
Timing.
Trust.

Today, Lee leads Stovetop Productions with a planning-first mindset and a calm, professional presence. His style is intentional and guest-focused, never cheesy, never forced, and always centered on the couple.

He works in collaboration with photographers, planners, venues, and catering teams to ensure moments are framed properly and transitions happen seamlessly.

Outside of weddings, Lee also creates original music under the name Stovetop, bringing the same creativity and intentionality to his work behind the scenes.

Over the years, I have learned that couples do not need someone louder. They need someone steady.

I take that seriously.

Your wedding is not a performance for me. It is a responsibility. I approach every event with preparation, awareness, and respect for what the day represents for you and your families.

When you hire Stovetop Productions, you are not just hiring equipment or playlists.

You are trusting someone to guide one of the most meaningful days of your life.

That trust matters to me.

What It’s Like to Work With Us

Three people at a wedding, a bride in a white lace dress, a groom in a black tux, and a man in a gray suit, smiling and posing together indoors with wooden walls and large windows behind them.

Couples often tell us:

  • “We didn’t worry once.”

  • “Everything flowed perfectly.”

  • “You just got the room.”

  • “One of the best decisions we made.”

That experience doesn’t happen by accident but are the result of preparation, communication, and years of guiding live events.

Beyond Weddings

While weddings are the heart of what we do, our experience extends beyond them.

Stovetop Productions also provides professional DJ and hosting services for select schools, private events, and special occasions—bringing the same level of preparation, professionalism, and attention to detail to every event we take on.

That broader experience sharpens our ability to read rooms, manage energy, and perform confidently when the moment matters most.

Ready to See If We’re the Right Fit?

We take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives our full attention.
